This website and the services provided to you via this site are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that the site operator(s) reserves the right to modify or discontinue provision of this website and its services, and to terminate your access to the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability towards you. 3. Your responsibilities and obligations
The MLC content is provided solely for the use of authorized users who have been granted use by site operator(s). The MLC content has been developed for the delivered program(s) and is not available for use in this format outside of the MLC. With the express permission of the MLC Executive Director, the content may be used solely for educational purposes within the sponsoring corporate entities namely Catholic Healthcare West; Daughters of Charity Health System; Sisters of Charity Health System; Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System; and Providence Health & Services.
4. Registration and password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you will be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or user name, whether authorized or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify the site operator(s) of any unauthorized use of your user account, user name or password at slee@ministryleadership.net. Your user name and password are unique to you and under no circumstances should they be shared with any other person including your assistants or supervisor(s).
5. Privacy policy
We will not disclose and personal information about you to any 3rd party except as necessary and solely to provide these services to you. None of your information will be used for any marketing purposes that will benefit any 3rd party.
6. Your conduct
You agree that certain information or data of any kind, whether text, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("Content"), shared by another member via the website, is the sole responsibility of the person providing the said content. You agree that this website may expose you to content, not moderated and provided by others, that may be objectionable. The site operator(s) will not be responsible to you in any way for content displayed on this website, nor for any error or omission.
By using this website or any service provided, you further agree that:
